FIELD: electrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in preparation of disinfection solutions based on hypochlorite. Electrochemical apparatus for production of hypochlorite solution includes body with intake chamber, electrode chamber with unit of electrodes, chamber accommodating solid chloride, chamber collecting prepared solution of hypochlorite connected to electrode chamber. Partition divides body into two parts. One part is chamber for solid chloride and is connected to intake chamber. Apparatus is equipped with peristaltic pump with two lines and united control system. One line is positioned across line of feed of water and the other line is located across line of discharge of hypochlorite solution. EFFECT: increased operational reliability of apparatus and reduced consumption of solid sodium chloride. 1 dwg
