FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for obtaining electrolysis products from a solution of alkali metal chloride, containing electrochemical reactor (1) consisting of one or more modular electrochemical cells that are hydraulically connected in parallel. At the same time, anode chamber (5) and cathode chamber (14) of specified reactor (1) are separated using porous ceramic diaphragm (4) located coaxially between electrodes (2, 3) of electrochemical cells. An inlet to anode chamber (5) is connected to a device for supplying saline solution (9) under pressure, an outlet is connected to device (10) for stabilizing a given excessive pressure in anode chamber (5) that is connected to device (13) for mixing gaseous products of an anode electrochemical reaction with a fresh water flow. At the same time, specified cathode chamber (14) of electrochemical reactor (1) is a component of a catholytic contour that additionally contains capacity separator (18) for separating hydrogen from catholyte, a device for draining excessive amount of catholyte from a receiving container of separator (18), and heat exchanger (15) for cooling circulating catholyte. The proposed device contains dosing pump (20) for adding catholyte to an oxidizer solution in order to regulate its pH value. The device is characterized in that the catholytic contour contains circulation pump (16) with overflow device (17) for a reverse flow of pumping liquid, which uninterruptedly ensures forced catholyte circulation through heat exchanger (15), cathode chamber (14) and capacity separator (18) to separate hydrogen from catholyte. At the same time, the receiving container of separator (18) connected to an inlet of the pump is located below electrochemical reactor (1), so that the catholyte level in the receiving container of separator (18), defined by a position of an overflow branch pipe for removing excessive amount of catholyte from the contour, lays below an inlet branch pipe from cathode chamber (14) of electrochemical reactor (1). On a site of removing hydrogen from capacity separator (18) for removing hydrogen from catholyte, cooled moisture separator (19) is installed, a container for condensate collection of which is connected, using dosing pump (20), to the supply of fresh water to the device for mixing (13) the fresh water flow with a gaseous oxidizer mixture.
EFFECT: use of the proposed device allows for increasing the performance of the reactor, while simultaneously improving the quality of the final product, disinfectant oxidizer solution, by reducing the content of auxiliary components in the form of chloride-ions, chlorates and alkali metal cations.
