FIELD: thermal engineering; off-line cogeneration plants for feeding stationary and mobile loads. SUBSTANCE: in the course of running, Stirling engine 1 produces useful energy which is converted into electrical energy by means of electric generator 5 mounted on same shaft. Engine 1 is cooled by water supplied to cooler 3 from cooling system 9 communicating with external heat supply system 10 through heat exchanger 9 and with tap water line 14 through heat exchanger 16. Water supplied from water main 12 is partially passed to steam generator 6 through heat exchanger 16 and other portion of water is delivered to steam-water heating pump 7 through heat exchanger 8. High-pressure steam is conveyed from steam generator 6 over line 19 to steam-water heating pump 6 and mixed up with water coming from line 17 to produce high-temperature and high-pressure water. Hence, hot water is delivered under high pressure over line 20 of hot-water supply system. Exhaust-gas line 4 runs from combustion chamber through stream generator 6 and waste-heat exchanger 8.
