FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use as self-contained power plants for stationary and mobile objects. It can be used for simultaneous generation of power and heat. In process of operation, engine 1 produces useful energy converted into electric energy by electric generator 5 mounted on one shaft with engine 1. To provide cooling of engine 1, cooling circuit 18 is used which is coupled through heat exchanger 13 with external heat supply system, and through heat exchanger-cooler 20 with outside air supply main line 21. Water from return line 12 partially gets into steam generator 6 through which exhaust gas main line 4 passes, and partially into steam-water pump-heater 7. High- pressure steam from steam generator 6 gets into steam-water pump-heater 7 and mixes with water getting from line 16, thus forming water with high temperature and pressure. owing to said pressure, hot water is delivery along main line 11 to external heat consumers 9, and further circulation of water in main lines 12, 14, 16 is provided. Control valves 15 and 17 are used to regulate water flow rate in main lines. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced mass and overall dimensions of plant as a whole. 1 dwg
