To determine steering wheel rim position, hydraulic element is used representing tight transparent ampoule filled with fluid that has air bubble and arranged on the casing transparent cover nearby clearance metre scale. Structurally, proposed device is an integrated instrument with one mounting point at the vehicle to be diagnosed.
