FIELD: metallurgy, namely, apparatuses for melting and feeding melt to continuous casting plants. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes furnace-metal receiver whose bath is separated by means of partition by two chambers (melting and dispensing); mold connected with dispensing chamber; induction duct unit having two mutually parallel annular passages arranged in common magnetic circuit at both sides relative to plane of partition. Induction winding of duct unit may be moved along magnetic circuit. In dependance upon type of casting mold may be arranged in lower portion of wall of dispensing chamber, in its bottom or over said chamber. EFFECT: elimination of overflowing of open stream, reduced metal losses in furnace, lowered expenses for operation of apparatus having enlarged functional possibilities. 4 cl, 3 dwg
