METHOD OF ELIMINATING DRILLINGS ACCUMULATION PIT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: environmental control in construction of surface oil-gas wells. SUBSTANCE: for neutralization of all volume of buried drillings by consolidation method, mixture of consolidating material is unloaded from truck at pit edge. Consolidating material is pushed into pit by a bulldozer. Mechanical mixing of all volume of drillings with consolidating material is carried out by paddle mixer moved over surface of drillings by means of tractor and by overlapping of preliminarily treated zone of pit at least by 25% of its width. Mixer is moved over drillings by three-four cycles for covering all pit area through full depth of drillings to be consolidated. Consolidating material contains, %: wastes of cement producing industry in the form of cement dust, 15-28; wastes of cleaning of boiler plant boilers or waste of gypsum production, 1.5-2.5; drillings, the balance.
