FIELD: thermal treatment of surfaces with the aid of infra-read heaters, for example halogen lamps, for repair and restoration of bitumen-containing coatings, as well as for preparation of surfaces, for example of concrete ones, for application of polymeric coatings on them. SUBSTANCE: device has a lamp radiator installed in the focus of a parabolic reflector, current-conducting buses, cooling system, means for displacement of the device along the treated surface, and lamp radiator height position regulator 1 with parabolic reflector 2. The means for device displacement is made in the form of a hand wheeled truck with a supporting rod attached to it in parallel with the wheel shaft and having two cantilever parts made as telescopic ones, hinged on the end of one of which with the aid of a suspension rod is the lamp radiator with the parabolic reflector. The height position regulator of the lamp radiator with the parabolic reflector is made in the form of a number of holes spaced in the height of the suspension rod for attachment of the lamp radiator with the parabolic reflector. A counterbalance is attached to the other end of the cantilever part of the supporting rod. The cooling system is made in the form of an air cooling fan mounted on, the reflector body. EFFECT: enhanced capacity, reduced labour content of the process. 2 dwg
