FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making 8-9 mm long horizontal incisions on posterior pharynx wall mucosa. The mucosa is vertically separated downwards to form pockets for placing epithelial lymphoid transplants cut out from faucial tonsil lacuna exit areas. The horizontal incisions are glued with biological glue. EFFECT: improved immune properties of the posterior pharynx wall mucosa. 1 tbl
