FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating mucoperiosteal flap, cutting mucosa on a lip together with superficial part of the round oral muscle in block and connecting it to the mucoperiosteal flap. The so formed mucomusculoperiosteal flap is shifted upwards covering the surface of the naked jaw region. The so formed wound surface on the lip is covered with free transplantation of the buccal mucosa. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
