FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating mucous graft to the level of attached gingiva, removing cicatricial tissue, connective tissue ties and muscles from periosteum in moving them aside in apical direction. The periosteum is cut all along oral atrium recess and laminated on the space required for producing the mucous graft. Excessive cicatricial tissue and free periosteum edge are excised. The graft is placed over the skeletted bone and fixed by pressing it with a finger. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 4 dwg, 1 tbl
