FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out full thickness skin flap in temporal area having temporal artery in proximal area. The flap is moved at 90-120 deg towards the orbit and sutured to remaining periosteum along the orbit edge. The distal end of the flap is sutured to medial orbit edge. The temporal flap covers the inferior and partially lateral and medial orbit wall from down. Another flap on vascular pedicle is cut out in the front area. The lateral parts of the flaps are sutured to each other. When bringing wound mouth edges close, the wound surfaces remaining after taking flaps are sutured. EFFECT: accelerated wound healing; smaller intraoperative injury area; rational use of surrounding tissues. 2 cl, 1 dwg
