FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming skin graft below the available lower eyelid defect in making broad strip separation. The lower eyelid defect is substituted with the graft. The left conjunctiva of inferior vault and eyeball is separated from the eyeball and transferred lining the transferred skin graft from below. The skin defect arising due to broad strip being separated is substituted with pedicle graft taken from temporal area. EFFECT: improved cosmetic and functional result. 3 dwg
