FIELD: medicine and food industry. SUBSTANCE: preparation is designed for treating dysbacteriosis and also for dietetic nutrition of adults and children. "Bifilakt" is prepared by thermostatically controlling defatted milk undergoing fermentation process under specified conditions, after which product is kept to achieve acidity. When treating dysbacteriosis, "bifilakt" is administered in the form of 400-600-ml drinks over 25-45-day period and therapeutic clysters according to following strategy: 1.5 l in a single dose, then 10 days with 0.1-0.15 l for each procedure, and finally 1.5 l in single dose.
