FIELD: mechanical engineering; synchronization systems of hydraulic press movable rams. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic press has bed frame on which movable ram, main hydraulic cylinder and lift hydraulic cylinders are mounted. Support cylinders and synchronization cylinder units are mounted on bed frame of press at both sides of press axis. Each unit consists of upper synchronization plunger cylinder and lower synchronization plunger cylinder. Housing of upper synchronization cylinder is rigidly coupled with rod of lower synchronization cylinder. Housing of support cylinder is securely installed on bed frame, its rod being rigidly coupled with housing of lower synchronization cylinder. Housing of support cylinder is rigidly coupled with housing of upper synchronization cylinder by means of fixed frame. Housing of lower synchronization cylinder is rigidly coupled with rod of upper synchronization cylinder by means of movable frame. Stops are mounted on rods for engagement with movable ram. All support cylinders are united by pipeline into one group, being connected through check valve with pressure main line, and through controlled valve, with return pipeline of reverse stroke cylinders. Working spaces of upper synchronization cylinders are connected by pipelines with working spaces of diametrically arranged lower synchronization cylinders.
