FIELD: baby carriages and perambulators. SUBSTANCE: proposed folding baby carriage has backrest locking and carriage working position mechanisms combined in bracket 10. Backrest tilting is provided by inner frame of backrest rigidly connected with horizontal axle 17 which can be fixed in slots 13 of bracket 10 by means of spring 9. Carriage can be fixed in working position and folded by means of outer frame 15 of backrest secured on axles 14 in bracket 10. To fix carriage in working position, brackets 10 are provided with projection corresponding to step on lever 7. To fold the carriage they are moved in slots 11 on ends of U-shaped handle 6.
