FIELD: vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railless ground vehicles, particularly to trolleys, including prams and trolleys-bags with equipment providing possibility of moving along ground and snow. Proposed trolley contains running gear with wheels and handle to control levers with fitted-on runners. Load-bearing posts and U-shaped stiffening posts secured on wheel hubs connected wheel hubs furnished with eyes coupled with levers by hinge joints. Runners rigidly secured on levers can be turned in plane square to longitudinal axis of trolley. Rear axle of trolley is provided with runners setting and locking mechanism consisting of spacers, some ends of which are connected with said levers, and other ends are hinge connected with lower end of control handle installed for longitudinal displacement in bushing-lock rigidly secured on crossmember of U-shaped stiffening post of rear wheels.

EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of trolley adaptable for movement of ground and snow.
