FIELD: mechanical engineering; processing of fuels before and/or in process of combustion for reducing toxicity of combustion products. SUBSTANCE: device has at least two electrically coupled elements made of current-conducting material. Each element is made in form of spiral from crystal structure material. At least one of spirals is made with torsional strain relative to tangential line to direction of spiral helix. Corresponding ends of spirals communicate through direct electric contact, and ends of at least two other spirals, through electric circuit including at least one element with nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic or such characteristic simulating unit. Spirals can be made as flat and/or three-dimensional structures. Nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic element or such characteristic simulating unit is made in form of one microchip with microcontroller or microprocessor.
