FURNACE FOR THERMAL REWORKING OF INDUSTRIAL AND DOMESTIC WASTES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: thermal treatment of industrial and domestic wastes; burning oil waste in oil fields. SUBSTANCE: furnace includes shaft with charging unit mounted on the side and discharging unit mounted inside. Charging unit is made in form of drive trolley mounted in tunnel; trolley has basket whose bottom is made from series of shutters which get open during charging the furnace by means of turn drive. Tunnel is provided with port with hinged covers for loading the basket. Basket is fed to shaft through port closed by valve during charging and by gate after charging. Charging device is provided with unit for smoothing-out wastes contained in basket; this unit is provided with upright and bracket mounted on this upright and provided with turn and hoist/lower units; bracket is also provided with revolving comb. Discharging unit is made in form of fire grate and agitator formed by combs mounted on horizontal shafts which are laid in parallel and are provided with common turn mechanism. EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning waste flue gases. 5 dwg
