FIELD: destruction of domestic and industrial wastes. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes fire grate plate which is swivel around axle located eccentrically relative to center of gravity; it is provided with projections on lower part which are engageable with turn mechanism; device is also provided with extensible grate bars mounted above fire grate plate and housing connected with reactor base and solid residue bin; fire grate plate vertical motion and turn mechanisms are arranged in bin. Swivel fire grate plate is articulated on vertical motion mechanism made in form of carriage with head moving over vertical guide; one end of carriage is connected with fire grate plate and other end is provided with bearing rollers; plate turn mechanism is made in form of swivel levers mounted on inner wall of housing and engageable with projections found on lower surface of fire grate plate.
