FIELD: destruction of household and industrial waste. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to destruction of household and industrial waste, for instance, spillage of oil, waste thick and thin oils, wood and coal waste, etc. Device for charging shaft-type reactor is made in form of tunnel with dividing gates forming sectional hermetically isolated from each other and accommodating opening-bottom hopper arranged inside on guides for movement through all sections. Hopper is furnished with displacement drive installed outside the tunnel. Opening bottom of hopper is made in form of shutters installed on shaft and mechanically connected to each other, and hopper bottom opening mechanism is made in form of turnable shaft installed in end face wall of tunnel. One end of shaft is coupled with drive located outside the tunnel, and other end engages with one of shafts carrying hopper bottom shutters by means of quick-acting joint. Branch pipe to let out gaseous products of processing is found on upper wall of tunnel, said wall being made detachable.
