FIELD: electrical engineering, applicable as a flexible electric heater in industry and everyday life, for example, for heating of rooms at arrangement on the floor, walls or ceiling, and for heating of travelling rooms, for example, travelling laboratories, etc. SUBSTANCE: the electric heating device consists of electric heating elements, each of them having at least one heating section made in the form of a flexible film structure, whose one of the inner layers contains resistive heat-liberating elements and current-conducting buses, each positioned along the side of the electric heating element, the resistive heat-liberating elements of each section are electrically coupled to the respective current-conducting buses, the resistive heat-liberating elements and the current-conducting buses are electrically insulated. The device has a flat connecting cable consisting of at least 3 conductors located on or under the sections of the electric heating elements; made in the layers of the electric heating elements in the points of intersection of the conductors of the flat connecting cable with the current-conducting buses of the heating sections are cross through holes accommodating the electric connecting elements designed for electrical connection of each feeding conductor of the flat connecting cable to the respective current-conducting bus of the electric heating elements.
