FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, design of electric heating systems with electric heating wires for heating of premises, preferably, through floor. SUBSTANCE: first claim describes device design which has at least one electric heating cable, temperature control unit, at least one temperature-sensitive detector, connection wires, at least two wire splicing sleeves. It is designed as at least one section which has heating and connection wires which are equipped with heat-proof jacket. Second claim of invention describes device design which has at least one heating cable, temp control unit, at least one temperature sensitive detector, connection wires, at least two wire sleeves, terminal sleeve and splicing sleeve. It is designed as heating section that has heating and connection wires which are equipped with polymer heat-proof jacket. EFFECT: most favorable distribution of temperature along room height, ecological purity, increased electric and mechanical safety, automatic control of required temperature mode, response to heat emitted by persons, home appliances, or sun, hidden heating elements of system which do not disturb arbitrary position of furniture and appliances, possibility to heat premises of complex shape with significant temperature variations in different regions of premises, increased reliability and safety, elimination of annual technical maintenance, accumulation of heat in body of heated surface, for example, floor, operational experience shows that device keeps heat mode for 12-16 hours without electric current. 21 cl, 4 dwg
