FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out tibial osteotomy. The selected fragments are displaced in controlled way to substitute the defect. The moved tibial fragment is consolidated with the frontal edge of supporting surface of the internal femur condyle. The fibia fragment is consolidated with the posterior edge of supporting surface of the external femur condyle. Tibia thickening being particular case, longitudinal split members are formed and moved under control on width until bone thickness is not normalized and anatomically right shape of the crus is not restored. Another particular case involves carrying out fibia fragment double osteotomy and moving intermediate fragment on width in process of defect substitution until anatomically right shape of the crus is not repaired. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in building stable intersegmental synostosis of the central part of femur articulation surface. 3 cl, 3 dwg
