FIELD: manufacture of building materials, mainly, formation of the structure of concretes and mortars on mineral binding agents for the conditions of plant fabrication. SUBSTANCE: device has a body with walls and a cover, and a wedge member. Detonation chambers are installed in the side and/or bottom walls and above the wedge member. One of the walls is movable, with a fixed inclined wall of the mould body adjoining it. The detonation chamber above the wedge member has a longitudinal section equal to: Sc= (Pp/Pav)[Sc(tgϕ+ff)], where Pp is amplitude of dynamic pressure acting on concrete mix, Pav is mean pressure in the detonation chamber after passage of the detonation wave, Sc is area of surface of contact of concrete mix with the movable side wall, ϕ is wedge member taper angle, ff is sliding friction coefficient at movement of the wedge member. EFFECT: complex of impulse effects and static pressures at moulding of concrete and reinforced- concrete products and masses, mainly, of tough concrete mixes. 4 cl, 2 dwg
