FIELD: manufacture of building materials, formation of the structure of concrete and mortars on mineral binders for the conditions of plant production, applicable in other kinds of building production. SUBSTANCE: the installation has an external enclosing structure, internal mould of the hole-forming cores placed in concrete mix, provided with detonation chambers. The detonation chambers of the internal mould - hole-forming cores are formed by the space between the internal pipe of the hole-forming cores and its elastic shell, the external detonation chambers are formed by the space between the support and resonance plates connected by flexible members, for instance, by springs, the resonance plate vibration frequency equals where (Mr.p.) - mass of the resonance plate, a - summary coefficient of members elasticity, proceeding from condition fb> 1/τp, τp - time of relaxation of concrete mix at an impulse action, the frequency of detonation chamber cycles is assigned proceeding from condition fn= fb/n, where n=1 to 10. The detonation chambers of the internal mould-hole-forming holes are made proceeding from the condition of provision of a cycle period exceeding the mix relaxation time, which corresponds for hard concrete mixes to the cycle frequency within 0.5 to 20 Hz, the external detonation chambers are installed proceeding from the condition of provision of a cycle period lower than the mix relaxation time, which corresponds for hard concrete mixes to a cycle frequency exceeding 50 Hz.
