FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with given method well is examined in advance with realization of algorithm of its bringing out to dynamic level with indication of incomplete filling of pump and parameters corresponding to maximum productivity of well with provision for balance of installation are determined automatically. Obtained data are used under operating mode in the capacity of presets ones. Under operating mode algorithm of maintaining specified value of controlled parameter in addition to known change of duration of pause is realized, duration of control cycle to ensure finding of value of controlled parameter within specified zone of control is changed. Then operational control over incomplete filling of pump is conducted and when indication of incomplete filling with value of controlled parameter equal to specified one is detected correction of specified value is carried out. Forces in rod are measured with its uninterrupted upward and downward strokes under modes of examination and operation. Measurement values are processed to exclude high-frequency component. EFFECT: increased productivity of well pump installation, reduced operational expanses thanks to raised reliability indices of installation. 1 dwg
