FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to generation of heat and power with use of steam-and-water plants with high-temperature sources of heat and is intended for employment in the capacity of combined systems simultaneously generating electric power and heat. Heat of source 3 of heat is removed with the aid of heat transfer agent circulating over circuit 1. Thanks to heat exchange with heat transfer agent condensate evaporates in steam generator 5 with formation of steam and then is overheated with increase of pressure in heat exchanger-preheater 4. Steam expands in turbine 7 and work usefully converting electric power with the help of electric generator 8. From turbine 7 steam goes to low-pressure steam-and-power pump-preheater 9 simultaneously with water from heat users 17 where is condenses and later condensate is fed into high-pressure steam-and-power pump-preheater 12. Steam is supplied over line 10 through regulating valve 11 into steam-and-water pump-preheater 12 at same time with condensate. In steam-and-water pump-preheater 12 steam and condensate are intensively mixed with subsequent generation of heated condensate of high pressure and temperature. Owing to this pressure heated condensate is supplied into steam generator 5 and to heat users 17. Non-return valves 13, 14 and final-control valve 16 are meant to control direction of flow and number of working media. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of plants thanks to reduced consumption of power for plant auxiliaries, reduced mass and size characteristics of plant, provision for simultaneous generation of power and heat. 1 cl, 1 dwg
