FIELD: testing technology; stands for conducting dynamic tests of specimens of flying vehicle propeller blades. SUBSTANCE: test stand includes articulated units for securing the specimen on bed frame for flexural-and-torsional vibrations in preset plane, power exciter for loading the specimen with tensile load mounted in series with specimen by means of ropes and blocks, and vibrator. Test stand is provided with flexible members of different stiffness. Flexible member of lesser stiffness is mounted in series with specimen in circuit of loading it with tensile load. Flexible member of larger stiffness is mounted for connection of loading circuit in parallel with flexible member of lesser stiffness. Ratio of stiffness magnitudes of flexible members ranges from 0.01 to 0.001. Flexible member of lesser stiffness is made in form of shock cord pack and flexible member of larger stiffness is made in form of torsion pipe with lever which is connected with cable system block by means of rod with turnbuckle. Torsion pipe is provided with units for control of its stiffness within range of at least 1:10. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of tests of full-scale specimens. 2 cl, 5 dwg
