FIELD: precision mechanical and instrumentation engineering, strength tests of wire articles and spring tapes. SUBSTANCE: transducer-meter includes pair of round symmetric disc units linked by family of springy members. One disc unit comes in the form of diamagnetic stator with one-way internal cavity. Ends of springy members fabricated in the form of rectangular springy plates produced from beryllium bronze are fixed in radial and round symmetric grooves of peripheral part of this unit. Second ends of springy plates are anchored in radial grooves of peripheral part of the other disc unit manufactured in the form of diamagnetic rotor. Rotor is permanently joined to tail part of external fast- separable gripper for connection of transducer-meter to tested specimen. Inside of rotor is linked to mobile part of circular differential-induction converter of angular displacement having ferromagnetic sectors. Magnetic circuit, primary and secondary windings of immobile part of converter are anchored in internal cavity of stator. Stator is set immobile in stand of test bed. EFFECT: increased authenticity and objectivity of test thanks to rise of noise immunity, resolution power and indicative sensitivity of transducer-meter. 1 dwg
