FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying liquefied organic wastes into outer chamber of methane tank and providing sequential anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes in outer and inner chambers; heating and mixing mass to be fermented; discharging fermented sediment from methane tank; withdrawing biogas from outer and inner chambers of methane tank and mixing biogas within injector with mass fermented in methane; prior to being introduced into injector, heating mass under fermentation process and feeding heated gas-and-liquid mixture into inner chamber of methane tank. Apparatus has methane tank, branch pipe for discharging biogas from outer chamber, injector connected to biogas discharge branch pipe, heat-exchanger, heater, and pump for intaking fermented mass from methane tank. Injector is communicated with biomass discharge branch pipe and is connected via heat-exchanger to fermented mass intaking pump. Heat-exchanger is engaged with heater. Branch pipe of mixing chamber of injector is connected to pressure pipe line for passage of heated gas-and-liquid mixture into methane tank. Method and apparatus may be used for production of high-quality disinfected organic fertilizers from different kinds of organic wastes.
