FIELD: municipal management and agriculture, in particular, apparatuses used in animal and poultry farms as part of equipment of biogas and biological humus gas equipment for production of various organic wastes of fuel biogas and organic fertilizers.
SUBSTANCE: methane tank has horizontal, preferably cylindrical, reservoir divided by partitions into transverse through-flow fermentation chambers, which alternatively do not reach top and bottom part of reservoir, with individual gas sections with gas collectors being defined above each pair of flow-through chambers, and is further equipped with charging and discharge branch pipes, heaters for fermented mass, hatches for cleaning of said chambers from sediment, and gas pipeline leading to gas holder and connected to gas collectors of gas sections. Fermentation chambers are equipped with injectors connected to intake pumps via suction pipelines for sucking of fermented mass from respective fermentation chamber for introducing of said mass into injectors connected via suction pipeline to gas collector of gas sections above previous fermentation chambers and via pressure pipeline provided with devices for dispersal of gas-liquid mixture flows from injectors furnishing said fermentation chambers.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by complete utilization of liquid and gaseous decomposition products, more complete mineralization of organic substances of fermented mass and increased amounts of biogas.
