METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEQUENTIAL PHASE-BY-PHASE ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION OF LIQUID ORGANIC WASTES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2162626 C1

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding liquid organic wastes into outer chamber of methane tank; providing anaerobic fermentation organic wastes in outer and inner chambers of methane tank; heating and mixing fermented mass; discharging fermented sediment from methane tank; withdrawing biogas from outer and inner chambers of methane tank. Biogas is withdrawn from outer chamber of methane tank and introduced into inner chamber by means of compressor. Delivery pipeline is positioned downstream of compressor and is connected to inner chamber of methane tank and to gas pipeline for supplying biogas to filters distributed above methane tank bottom. Method and apparatus may be used for producing organic fertilizers and flue biogas from manure, dung and various plant wastes. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality and calorific value of produced biogas. 5 cl, 2 dwg
