FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing sugar syrup into raw milk material; pasteurizing produced mixture at temperature of 90-94 C without holding it; condensing and cooling mixture in vacuum cooler; providing crystallization and additional cooling; introducing aromatizer in an amount of 0.02-0.04 wt % of ready product at any stage while mixing it; at cooling stage, introducing aromatizer at final period via branch pipe positioned on vacuum cooler bottom. Fat-free or reconstituted fat-free milk is used as raw milk material. Stabilizer may be introduced into mixture before pasteurization process.
