FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes pasteurization of standardized milk and preparation of sugar syrup. Before introduction in vacuum-evaporating apparatus, part of total amount of sugar syrup is mixed with natural bee honey at temperature not higher 65 C for preparation sugar-honey syrup. Prepared syrup is added to standardized milk and to the rest part of sugar syrup boiled in vacuum-evaporating apparatus. After addition of sugar-honey syrup in vacuum-evaporating apparatus, boiling is conducted at temperature not higher 60 C. The components are used in the following ratio, mas. %: milk (on dry substance), 28-60; saccharose, 20-40; natural bee honey (on dry substance), 5-20; water, the balance. The method is used low-fat or fat-free milk. Proposed method gives milk tastiness and curative properties inherent to natural bee honey. EFFECT: increased consumer properties. 5 cl
