Ultradispersed powder prepared from velvet antlers of Siberian stag, Manchurian waputi, sika deer or reindeer (particle size is 0.1- -3001-3,0 mkm mcm) is used as the source of biologically active addition in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: velvet antlers ultradispersed powder having particle size 0.1-3.0 mcm, 0.3-3.0; components showing preserving properties and improving organoleptic and nutrient properties of product is up to 100%, the balance.
