FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacology, more specifically to a method for preparing antler extract involving preparation of a mixed antler soot with a polar extractant, multiple extraction, filtration of the extract and aggregation of its components, sludge removal and polar extractant distillation from the antler extract; and before each extraction cycle, a nonpolar extractant is added to the polar one in the ratio not less than 1:1, the ratio of the antler soot and the mixed extractants is no more than 1:5, the polar extractant concentration in an aqueous or hydroglyceric solution is in the first extraction 50 wt %, in the second - 70 wt %, in the third - 85 wt %; and before the second extraction cycle of raw material raw materials, a non-ionic surfactant with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance not less than 12.5 and the extractant concentration no more than 7.0 wt % is added to the mixed polar and nonpolar extractants; before the third extraction cycle of raw material, an ionic surfactant with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance no more than 5.0 and the extractant concentration no more than 7.0 wt % is added to the mixed polar and nonpolar extractants; before polar extractant distillation, the extract is divided on hydrophilic and lipophilic fractions, and the hydrophilic fraction is involved in polar solvent distillation.
EFFECT: invention allows for considerable reduction of loss of biologically active substances, both hydrophilic, and lipophilic fractions.
