FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing uterine appendages transposition on vascular pedicle to the upper level of the abdominal cavity. Radiation therapy is applied 10-14 days later. Combined remote and intracavitary irradiation of the small pelvis is carried out in dynamic fractionation mode. Then, remote regional metastasis zones irradiation is carried out in dynamic fractionation mode. Remote irradiation is alternated with intracavitary γ-therapy. EFFECT: improved life quality of young patients.
