FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for prevention and treatment of oncourologic or oncogynecologic post-operational complications. Starting with the 7-th day after operation or 2-3 days after drainage removal diagnostic USE of abdominal cavity, retroperitoneal space, small pelvis, region of iliac and femoral vessels, post-operation scar, area around distal part of drainage or its projection is carried out. USE complex is carried out again at least 3 times with interval from 1 to 7 days. In case if indications to lymphocele treatment are detected, treatment is performed depending on detected type of lymphocele.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to select optimal tactic of monitoring patients, extend fields of possible detection of lymphocele.
