FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising cicatricially changed tendons from the surrounding tissues by their cutting, forming vascularized flap with fascia and then, substituting the defect. When forming a flap, its skin part corresponding in size to integumentary tissue defect is cut out first of all. Then, fascial rectangular part is cut out that is to be of bigger size than the cross dimension of the skin part corresponding to tendon fascicle circumference embracing it from all sides when substituting the defect.
