FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves straightening cavernous bodies. Failing urethra segment is restored. To do it, dorsal flap of penis trunk and prepuce is transferred to ventral surface through the opening in the flap base. Scrotum skin flap is cut out, its width is to be at least twice as large as urethra circumference. The flap is sutured to form a tube. Anastomosis is created between the ends of two tubes produced from the flaps. External urethra orifice is created on the top of the penis head. The tube is placed into the head bed and the head is sutured. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 8 dwg
