SUBSTANCE: the device is made in the form of a disk of triboelectret and closed from the top by a sleeve. The sleeve is made of solid dielectric. A flat inductance coil and a capacitor are fastened in the sleeve. The capacitor leads are connected to the leads of the inductance coil. The coil winding inductance and the capacitor capacitance make up an oscillatory circuit tuned to a definite resonance frequency. For electrotherapy use may be made of the disk of triboelectret for transdermic electrostimulation with the use of static electricity. At a fixed position of the device on the patient's body it functions as a biostimulator. Ultrathin electromagnetic modes of the patient's organism, whose frequency coincides with the resonance frequency of the oscillatory circuit are amplified in the area of arrangement of the device by Q times, where Q - the quality factor of the oscillatory circuit.
