FIELD: fuel filling stations. SUBSTANCE: cock has body, spring-loaded movable drain connection with rod, calibrated metering and drain holes and control handle. Handle is connected with rod. Cooling element is placed inside drain connection. Cock has flexible pipeline to deliver cooling agent to cooling element, adapter union. Cooling agent cutoff valve and cutoff control contact sensor with movable contact element. Cooling element is made in form of hollow slot tube placed along axis of symmetry of drain connection. Socket for union with through hole is made on side surface of drain connection. Inner spaces of pipeline and cooling elements are connected through this hole. Cooling agent cutoff valve is installed on flexible pipeline. Cutoff control contact sensor is arranged on cock body and is connected by movable contact element to control handle.
