FIELD: mechanical engineering; compression ignition internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at increasing efficiency of operation of internal combustion engine by using the energy of wave processes in high pressure fuel pipelines for creating air pressure and subsequent using the air at injection of fuel combustion chamber with collision of fuel and air jets. System has high-pressure air blower, receiver, air line from blower to receiver and from receiver to nozzle, spool placed in nozzle with insulated fuel and air channels in each pair of nozzle orifices. Spool provides control of air delivery depending on fuel pressure in nozzle spray tip pocket. High-pressure air blower has two spaces in its housing divided by movable piston: working space with intake valve communicating with atmosphere and outlet valve connected with receiver, and additional space connected with fuel high-pressure line.
