FIELD: turbine production. SUBSTANCE: invention presents the member, that is exposed to action of the hot aggressive gas, in particular, a member of a gas turbine (or alternatives) and a method to manufacture the heat-insulating coating for it. The member has a metal base, on which the ceramic heat-insulating coating is deposited. The heat-insulating coating contains a metal system of a mixture of oxides and lanthanum alluminate and/or calcium zirconate. At that calcium is partially substituted with a replacing member, in particular, with strontium. EFFECT: increased strength of cohesive of oxide layers with the base under action of the hot aggressive gas. 23 cl, 5 dwg
