FIELD: parts and methods of their coating with heat insulation. SUBSTANCE: part in the form of blade of gas turbine has main portion carrying ceramic heat-insulating layer characterized by structure with ceramic columns whose majority is oriented perpendicular to surface of main portion with average diameter of columns ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 mcm. Method of application of heat-insulating layer includes ionization of inert gas in atmosphere free of oxygen; separation of metal atoms from cathode material by ionized inert gas; transfer of metal atoms together with inert gas in direction to main portion of part with supply of oxygen upon reaching the main portion so as to form metal oxide deposited on main portion of part. It is also possible deposition of metal oxidized by oxygen get on metal. In all cases, main portion of part is heated to temperature of formation of crystallization centers above 800 C. EFFECT: higher resistance to high-temperature variable loads of part coated with heat-insulating layer. 10 cl, 2 dwg
