Among protein-inhibitors isoinhibitor fIV or oryzacystatine I or II can be used also. Method can be used for protection of soybean, sugar beet, potato, cereals, tobacco, cotton, oily rape and others against nematodes Heterodera glycines, Heterodera shachtii, Meloidogyne javanica.
