FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has three-bladed nail provided with canal, diaphyseal cover plate, washer, and screw having a penetrating canal for guiding wire to be brought through. The diaphyseal cover plate is produced as curved plate having cross-shaped slits for fixing the three-bladed nail having cross-shaped splines repeating the shape of the slits of the diaphyseal cover plate.
