SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopaedics. Detachable nozzle to the screwdriver for retention and introduction of the intramedullary spiral fixator with the loop or middle lintel at surgical treatment of periarticular fractures of tubular bones has the end and opposite parts. End part is made in the form of a cone for arrangement of a spiral fixator on it. Cone is made with length of 50 mm, diameter in end part of 6 mm with cone-like expansion at base to 18 mm and with slot along whole axis of cone up to 3 mm. Slot is designed for loop part or mid lint of retainer to exclude rotation of latch on screwdriver due to resilient-elastic properties of retainer, providing tight "fit", opposite part of screwdriver has cylindrical shape with end part for handle.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable fixation of the fixator, fast insertion into bone, minimally invasive, comfort for the operating team.
