SUBSTANCE: respiratory apparatus has balloon with locking and reducing device, automatic pulmonary apparatus, facial part with mask underlying device, and inspiratory and respiratory valves disposed on mask underlying device. Automatic pulmonary apparatus has cavity positioned below membrane and connected via channel to mask underlying device, and outlet of automatic pulmonary apparatus valve is connected to cavity of mask facial part. Apparatus of such construction provides excessive pressure in zone under facial part of mask without creating excessive pressure in mask underlying device and user's respiratory organs to facilitate breathing.
